I'm here to support women through life transitions.
Read my story
An embodiment coaching journey for women in transition ready to stop second-guessing themselves and create radical changes.

A threshold story about releasing productivity-driven conditioning, reclaiming your humanity, and choosing a slower, more intentional way of living.
What if the exhaustion you feel isn’t a personal failure…
but a signal that the way you’ve been taught to live is no longer sustainable?
In this episode of Conversations at the Threshold, I am in conversation with Olaiya Land, a pleasure and sexual empowerment coach who supports women and femmes in reconnecting with their sensuality, desire, and embodied power.
Together, we explore what it looks like to divest from patriarchal, capitalist systems that keep us overwhelmed, disconnected, and constantly striving—and begin returning to a way of living that actually honors our bodies, our rhythms, and our humanity.
We talk about the quiet (and sometimes loud) knowing that something isn’t working…
and the courage it takes to choose differently.
If you have been feeling burned out, overstimulated, or like you can’t keep up with the pace of your own life, this conversation will meet you there.
This conversation explores the threshold many of us are standing at right now—the moment where the pace, pressure, and expectations of modern life no longer feel livable.
Rather than seeing burnout as something to push through or fix, Olaiya invites us to recognize it as information.
A signal.
A disruption.
An invitation to choose another way.
We explore the tension of wanting to slow down while still living within systems that require us to earn, produce, and participate.
There is no perfect answer here.
No clean escape.
But there is possibility in the small, intentional shifts we begin to make.
One of the most powerful threads in this conversation is the unraveling of the belief that our worth is tied to our productivity.
So many of us have been conditioned to believe that who we are is defined by what we do.
That rest must be earned.
That slowing down is laziness.
That we are always somehow behind.
And yet, when we begin to question that…
Something softens.
We open to the possibility that our worth is inherent.
That we are allowed to exist, to feel, to rest, to enjoy—without needing to prove anything.
We also explore the impact of social media and constant consumption on the nervous system.
The way it fragments our attention.
Disconnects us from ourselves.
And creates the illusion of connection while leaving us feeling even more depleted.
Stepping away—even in small ways—creates space.
Space to reconnect.
Space to feel.
Space to remember what actually nourishes us.
From there, we begin to return.
Return to creativity.
Return to nature.
Return to the simple, human experiences that regulate and restore us.
Things like:
These are not insignificant.
They are foundational.
A key insight from this conversation is that transformation doesn’t come from grand, occasional efforts—but from small, consistent practices.
Moments that bring you back to yourself, again and again.
And perhaps most importantly, we explore the role of compassion.
Because these systems we are navigating are not neutral.
They are designed to keep us overwhelmed, distracted, and disconnected.
So the path forward is not through shame or self-judgment.
It is through gentleness.
Through curiosity.
Through choosing, moment by moment, what feels more aligned.
At its core, this conversation is about remembering what it means to be human.
To live in rhythm.
To feel connected.
To create, rest, and exist without constant pressure.
And to trust that even small acts of reclamation… matter.
Where in your life are you being invited to slow down…
and what might become possible if you actually honored that call?
Inside Conversations at the Threshold, you’ll experience intimate conversations, guided practices, and devotional audio journeys designed to support your return to your body, your truth, and your sovereignty.
If you recognize yourself standing at a threshold and feel called to deeper support, I invite you to begin with Sovereign Return, my audio workshop designed to guide you back into your body so you can reclaim your sovereignty and begin honoring yourself on a deeper level.
And if you desire to be held more personally in this season, you can book a free Sovereign Session to explore what your next chapter is asking of you.
