The first step is a complimentary 30-minute Self-Devotion Call, where we'll explore whether Self-Devoted Sisterhood is the right next step for you.
Enrollment is open August 17–28, and we begin together with our first group call on September 15.
Real change doesn’t come from getting more clarity—
it comes from learning how to stay with yourself when everything in you wants to turn away from what you know is true.
Self-devotion is what happens when you stop abandoning yourself to belong.
And you start choosing yourself instead.

Is this program right for me?
Self-Devoted Sisterhood is for women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves and start living from their own truth. Whether you're just beginning your self-discovery journey or you've spent years healing, this container meets you where you are. The practices are simple enough to be accessible for beginners and deep enough to continue revealing new layers over time.
What if I'm afraid to make the changes I know will support me?
That fear is often a sign that something meaningful is asking to shift.
Many women know, on some level, what they want—more rest, stronger boundaries, deeper self-trust, a life that feels more authentic—but feel afraid of what might happen if they actually choose it.
Self-Devoted Sisterhood is designed to help you move at a pace your body can trust. You won't be pushed to make dramatic changes overnight. Instead, you'll build the capacity to listen to yourself, honor your desires, and take aligned steps with greater clarity, support, and self-trust.
This journey isn't about forcing change. It's about becoming safe enough to choose yourself.
I'm new to somatic work. Will I be able to follow along?
Absolutely. No prior experience with somatic practices, meditation, or embodiment is required. I'll gently guide you through each practice step by step, and you'll always be invited to move at a pace that feels right for you.
I've already done a lot of healing work. Is this still for me?
Yes. Many women come to this work after years of therapy, coaching, or personal development. This is less about learning something new and more about integrating what you already know.
What if I can't attend the live calls?
All group coaching calls will be recorded and uploaded to our private community so you can revisit them whenever you need. While I encourage attending live whenever possible for the connection and coaching, you'll still receive the full experience if you need to watch the replay.
How much time should I expect to dedicate each week?
Plan for approximately 2–4 hours each week. This includes the two monthly group coaching calls, your guided practices, journaling, and integration. The practices are intentionally designed to fit within your life, helping you weave self-devotion into your everyday rhythms rather than adding another item to your to-do list.
How long will I have access?
You'll receive access to all program materials throughout the full six-month coaching experience.
As a founding member of this first cohort, you'll also receive lifetime access to the Sanctuary—my growing library of guided meditations, somatic rituals, embodiment practices, and self-devotion resources that will continue expanding over time.
What if I fall behind?
There is no behind. Self-Devoted Sisterhood is designed to honor your own rhythm. You'll have access to the materials throughout the program and are encouraged to move through the practices in a way that works for your real life. This isn't about keeping up, it's about coming home to yourself.
What if strong emotions come up?
That's a natural part of this work. You'll be guided through practices that help you meet your emotions with compassion rather than overwhelm. You'll always be encouraged to honor your own pacing, and you'll never be asked to share more than feels right for you.
Is this therapy?
No. Self-Devoted Sisterhood is a coaching and embodiment program designed to help you cultivate embodied self-awareness, reconnect with your body, deepen your relationship with yourself, and live in greater alignment with your desires, values, and natural rhythms.
While the work can be deeply healing and transformative, it is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
What is your refund policy?
Because this is a live, intimate coaching container with immediate access to program materials and support, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.
