A six-month online coaching experience for women who are ready to stop people-pleasing, build self-trust, and start living from their own desires

What if the life you’ve been taught to want isn’t actually the life you desire?
In this episode of Conversations at The Threshold, I’m joined by feminine embodiment coach, teacher, and founder of the School of Embodied Arts, Jenna Ward, for a conversation about embodiment, desire, self-trust, and what happens when we begin listening to the wisdom of our bodies.
Jenna shares the threshold that changed the course of her life: realizing that the path she had been taught to follow—education, career success, financial security, and conventional achievement—wasn’t giving her the depth, freedom, and aliveness she was longing for.
Together, we explore what it means to move beyond the scripts we’ve inherited and reconnect with the desires that are actually ours.
For so many women, the life they’ve been taught to want, the career success, financial security, the right relationship, the beautiful home, the next achievement, can eventually leave them wondering, Is this really it?
In this conversation, Jenna and I explore what happens when you begin to question the script you’ve been handed and listen instead to the desires arising from within you.
Jenna shares her own transition from pharmacist to feminine embodiment practitioner and how reconnecting with her body changed not only her career, but the way she understood success, relationships, family, consumption, and what it means to live a rich and meaningful life.
We talk about the role of values in discerning what you actually want, and how embodiment can help you move beyond the mental pros and cons list and into a deeper, felt sense of knowing.
Jenna also shares a simple moving meditation she uses when she’s navigating a challenge or decision: first naming what’s present through journaling, then allowing the body to move and express whatever wants to be felt. Through this practice, she creates space for the deeper truth underneath the mental chatter to emerge.
We also explore the relationship between self-worth and productivity, the pressure to constantly produce and achieve, and the radical act of remembering that your worth does not depend on what you accomplish.
And finally, Jenna shares a simple ritual she uses to transition out of work and into presence with her family, a reminder that sometimes self-devotion isn’t about fixing ourselves, but about learning how to care for the parts of ourselves we already know are there.
What if your desires aren’t distractions from the life you’re supposed to be creating, but invitations into a life that is actually yours?
Take a moment to explore:
You don’t have to know exactly what comes next.
Sometimes the first step is simply becoming willing to listen.
Inside Conversations at the Threshold, you’ll experience intimate conversations, guided practices, and devotional journeys designed to support you in returning to your body, your truth, and your inner knowing.
If this episode has you wondering what your intuition has been trying to tell you—or where you’ve been second-guessing yourself, I invite you to begin with Inner Oracle, a self-guided experience designed to help you deepen your self-trust and strengthen your relationship with your intuition.
Through guided practices and reflection, you’ll learn to recognize the unique ways your intuition speaks to you, build evidence that you can trust yourself, and begin listening to what you already know.
And if you’re ready for deeper support as you learn to choose yourself, trust your desires, and create a life that feels true to you, Self-Devoted Sisterhood is a six-month coaching experience for women who are ready to stop people-pleasing, build self-trust, and start living from their own inner authority.
